How It Works?

You pay once a month in advance, select your targeted macro profiles, and let our single-custody system handle the technical execution. Your curated selections arrive seamlessly directly at your doorstep via Healthy Bean’s fully managed logistics network—eliminating everyday transit coordination, booking stress, and customer service friction.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


1. Pre-Month Allocation Deadline & Token Accounting

To guarantee raw material purity and secure our dedicated small-batch kitchen capacity, Healthy Bean operates under a strict allocation cut-off schedule.


2. July Allocation

  • Standard Operations: July onwards

  • Rule: All upcoming Monthly Allocation Packages must be finalized and cleared on or before the 3rd week of the preceding month (specifically on or before the 21st day of the current month for the next serving month).

  • Cut-off: Unconfirmed allocations before the end of 3rd week of the current month are automatically forfeited and passed to the private registry queue. Late adjustments are structurally blocked.


3. Token Expiry Rule (Applicable to All Months)

  • Your 4 Weekly Ration Tokens must be consumed or converted within their specific billing cycle month. Unused tokens do not roll over to the subsequent calendar month.

4. Integrated Delivery & Dispatch Protocols

  • The Managed Fulfillment Rule: Healthy Bean handles 100% of delivery execution on our end to guarantee single-custody transit safety and a seamless, hassle-free customer experience.

  • The Dispatched Window: Upon cleared allocation confirmation, your profile is assigned a locked, fixed Weekly Delivery Date and a strict morning arrival timeframe based on optimized city dispatch routes.

  • The Execution: Our assigned dispatch handlers deliver your temperature-controlled, sealed allocation box straight to your specified address. The flat-rate logistics fees are built directly into your monthly package structure, ensuring zero cash handling, zero rider coordination friction, and zero delivery app interaction at your gate.
