Almond flour, fresh carrots, lemon zest, lemon juice, freshly-roasted pecans, monk fruit sweetener, flaxseed meal, almond milk, sunflower butter, monk fruit sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Frosting is sugar-free made with sunflower butter, monk fruit, vanilla and salt.
