Ingredients:
Almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, flax seeds, almond milk, fresh strawberries, freshly-prepared sugar-free strawberry jam, lemon juice, sunflower butter, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Frosting is sugar-free made with sunflower butter, monk fruit, mild pink food coloring, vanilla and salt.
Shelf Life Safety Tips:
Please ensure to place the remaining portion in an airtight container immediately after consumption and store it in the freezer if you want to keep it fresh for up to 2 weeks. Alternatively, if refrigerating a food with fresh fruit ingredients, it can last for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator/chiller. This will help preserve its freshness and extend its shelf life.
